 NORTH AMERICAN WARRANTY

Under the North American Warranty program, parts submitted for warranty claims that were purchased at an affiliated auto parts store can be exchanged free of charge (excluding any labor costs) at any affiliated auto parts store throughout North America.

The requirements of the North American Warranty are as follows:
 1. The part was purchased at an affiliated auto parts store.
 2. The customer has the original proof of purchase.
 3. The part fails within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
 4. Part should be returned to the original auto parts store if the customer is within 25 miles. (Engines, crankshafts,
     transmissions, power tools, and equipment are not applicable and must be returned to the original store)
 5. If the part is a brand not normally carried by the store honoring the warranty, the part will be replaced with a
      comparable brand.

Jobber Return Procedure is as follows:
 1. Parts submitted for warranty and covered under the North American Warranty program should be returned to
     your servicing warehouse.
 2. You will receive credit for the parts given to the customer.  If you do not know the warranty period of the
      manufacturer’s part you are warranting, use the warranty procedure of the manufacturer’s part you are
      replacing it with.
